This community service program aims to improve basic dental health knowledge and skills and facilitate early detection in early childhood at the Family Welfare Movement PKK Kindergarten in Kuala Tanjung Village. Twenty-nine children participated in the program on February 13, 2026, using a descriptive-participatory approach through interactive education, jaw model demonstrations, guided practice, initial examinations, feedback, and distribution of dental hygiene supplies. Evaluation was conducted by two observers through review of field notes and documentation using indicators of implementation, participation, reproduction of toothbrushing movements, and follow-up. All stages were implemented; children demonstrated active involvement, imitated the basic sequence of toothbrushing with guidance, and received supplies. Aggregate clinical data were not available, so results cannot be interpreted as clinical effectiveness. The education-imitation-screening-reinforcement flow based on cross-sector partnerships is relevant for early childhood dental health promotion, with the need for family strengthening and regular evaluation.
